Zune - Hebrew for...

Interestingly enough Microsoft's new mp3 player, the Zune may strike an off cord with some people due to its name alone. Apparently zune is, if pronounced in the right way is pretty darn close to the Hebrew word for F$%K.. It seems unlikely that this will not truly offend anyone, it takes a weird unusual pronunciation to get close to the Hebrew f-bomb. Regardless, it makes for MS fodder.. It would have been quite ironic if the Hebrew translation was turd.

On a related note is a popsci blog on uses of the word zune (#1 is pure gold baby :)
