Shrimp on a treadmill
I believe it is now official, I have too much downtime at work. On another note the Internet once again comes through in giving me something I never thought I would see. I have to admit, the name alone is pretty funny but the actually video hysterical.

Get Ready Midwest UFC Fans!
UFC 68 will be held for the first time in Columbus, OH. This is the first time EVER that the sport will be held in Ohio or the Midwest for that matter.
The fight card is still coming together, but it is strong out of the gate featuring Tim Sylvia, Matt Hughes, and Rich Franklin. It will hopefully be a great opportunity for MFS fighters to showcase their skills to a potentially new audience.
I watched the last ppv UFC 66 and was stoked to learn that upcoming ppv's would be broadcast in HD, outstanding, also 2 Pride fighters making an appearance (Cro-Cop and Rampage Jackson) in upcoming fights. I look forward to an ass-kicking, triangle choking 2007.

software update / security
Not really my thing to constantly post security items or software updates but since this applied to such a widely used application, well I am posting. Apparently Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 - 7.0.8 has a significant vulnerability, see the press release. The recommended fix is to upgrade to the newest reader version 8. In the less the exciting world of updating your software, at least they changed the look / feel of the reader, giving it a more aqua, glass, 2.0 (pick one) style. And they all cheered *Yeah*.
While I am on the software topic, I would like to share a snappy little app that I read about in this months CPU mag, an outstanding magazine btw. Anyway, the app is launchy, its purpose is to cut the need to navigate the start menu in windows. Using alt+spc by default simply type the first couple of letters, launchy brings up your program, hit enter and go! It makes for a icon free desktop, the better to enjoy that rolling hill wallpaper with.
